No. As a traditional house dating back to the early 1900s, it features high ceilings that help keep the interior naturally cool during the summer months. Each bedroom is equipped with a fan.

Yes. The property has wireless internet via radio connection. Due to the size of the estate, the signal may not reach every corner of the house.
